You will enjoy flexible scheduling, closed on Sundays, competitive pay starting at $16/Hr, scholarship opportunities, and supplemental benefits.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create emotional connections with guests
Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Follow Chick-fil-A vision and values

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly
Stay updated with new products and complete all assigned tasks
Maintain personal knowledge and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules

Qualifications and Requirements:

Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
Consistent, reliable, and loves serving others
Capable of working independently and in a team
Able to lift and carry 15-50 lbs and stand for long periods

Monday to Friday
