Assistant Manager

DESCRIPTION

Crumbl Oakleaf is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily production and shift execution in our kitchen. This is a hands-on, working leadership role for someone who loves baking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a franchise on the move.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily baking and production, ensuring recipes, portioning, and presentation meet Crumbl standards

• Run shifts day-to-day: assign tasks, keep the line moving, and troubleshoot in-shift issues

• Train and coach team members on Crumbl SOPs, recipes, and customer service during shifts

• Support inventory counts and ordering accuracy

• Help enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health/licensing standards during shifts

• Work as a hands-on shift lead and baker for the large majority of your scheduled hours

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Crumbl (or similar bakery/retail) Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or Baker

• Strong baking/production skills and attention to detail

• Natural leader who can coach and motivate a team during a shift

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Taking responsibility for the operation of store
• Training bakers and shift leads
• Maintaining the store's cleanliness, cookie quality, and customer service
• Teach & enforce Crumbl policies and rules
• Contacting frustrated customers and resolving problems
• Showing shift leads how to properly run their shift
• Daily Working side by side with all crew members to ensure quality of each area of responsibility
• Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the day
• 35 - 40 hours per week, ability to work weekends (excluding Sundays)
• 6 months of retail/food management experience
