DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Software Developer in Irving, TX.Responsibilities may include:* Provide daily support of ITSM tools; Including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration* Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams* Develop system testing procedures* Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer* Troubleshoot issues* Development of workflow, JavaScript routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements* Maintain communication with management and customers II-Offshorearding status of the systemRequirements* Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related* 0-1 years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.)* Experience developing with JavaScript, XML, HTML* Visa sponsorship is not available for this positionJob TypeContractCompensation34 - $46
