Sales Executive

Job description: Key Responsibilities - Respond to inbound inquiries and warm leads. - Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and recommend solutions. - Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable business. - Perform site visits and assist in developing scopes of work. - Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams. - Prospect for new business and build a healthy sales pipeline. - Respond to RFPs/ITBs and cultivate relationships with decision-makers. - Maintain CRM records and sales activity. - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Location Multiple territories available. Specific market assignments will be discussed during the interview process. Qualifications: - 3+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial construction, electronic security, low voltage, or related industries. - Demonstrated success developing new business and closing sales. - Construction knowledge with the ability to qualify scopes of work. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Construction CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
