Field Executive

Our client is a leading General Construction specializing in large-scale projects. A Field Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. They coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to manage site activities, monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and workforce productivity. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance. Conduct site inspections and address construction issues promptly. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress records. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as required. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and clients.
