Computer & Information Systems Manager for AI Training

No prior AI experience is required, your domain expertise is the focus. Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans that define timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet established service-level agreements.
• Guide project participants, promote effective collaboration, and resolve conflicts to keep work on track.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and support timely decisions.
• Deliver concise written and verbal updates on status, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the project and ensure objectives are met within scope and constraints.
• Provide real-world insights and feedback that improve AI models trained on technology management scenarios.

• At least 6 years of experience leading multi-quarter technology initiatives with full-cycle ownership, including planning, vendor coordination, and results delivery.
• Demonstrated team management, cross-functional leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in complex projects.
• Successful experience managing and negotiating with external technology vendors.
• Experience establishing, monitoring, and enforcing service-level agreements, as well as reporting on vendor performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex updates into actionable information for varied stakeholders.
• Experience creating clear project documentation and executive-level reports.
• Background contributing to or leading work where insights informed process improvements or technology-adoption decisions.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $70 to $130.
