Mental Health Therapist or Counselor (LGPC and LGSW)

Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, and grow your career alongside counselors, social workers, and psychologists. We are seeking full-time DC Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSWs) interested in gaining post-graduate clinical experience. Paid supervision is included.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week. 
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans. 
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates. 
• Provide high-quality, client-centered care. 
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed. 
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups. 

Additional Opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. 
• Active DC license, or license-eligible, and able to practice under board-approved supervision. 
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. 
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care. 
• Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice. 
• Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
