Global Compensation Leader: Strategy & Governance

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise compensation leader to own the global compensation architecture, governance, and policy standards across the United States and international markets. You will define ranges, geographic differentials, and refresh cadences, maintain job families, career streams, levels, and evaluation standards to support workforce planning and consistent pay decisions. You will run the annual compensation agenda, coordinate with Executive & Equity Compensation, Finance, Tax, #J-18808-Ljbffr 100 Salesforce, Inc.
