Lead Systems Engineer

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Lead Systems engineer to join their team! In this key role, you'll leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement complex systems solutions. You'll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement innovative systems solutions across various engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success.
• Analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Document technical solutions and maintain clear and concise engineering documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred), or Bachelor's degree with significant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, system architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the role (e.g., Python, C++).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
