Athletic Trainer

Locations Atlanta, GA 30354, USA Description We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Industrial Athletic Trainer to provide injury prevention services onsite for a major airline carrier at the Atlanta Hartsfield‑Jackson International Airport. We strive to increase the industrial athlete’s ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through intervention at the early onset of discomfort in a dynamic work environment. Compensation & Benefits Starting rate: $35 per hour $3,000 sign‑on bonus available Shift differential for night and weekend work Relocation assistance What will you be doing in this role? Providing proactive injury prevention, injury care, assessment, and medical triage as defined by OSHA standards, including ergonomic postural education and escalation of medical care if needed Coordinating and implementing rehabilitation treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise, modalities, and work conditioning as necessary Providing ergonomic assessments and support by understanding the site operations, job processes, and physical demands to make ergonomic recommendations for preventing serious musculoskeletal conditions Keeping accurate, detailed documentation efficiently while providing feedback to the industrial athlete and client for continuous health improvements Understanding and providing reports with key metrics to leadership, client partners, and operations management This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
