Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the recruitment pipeline and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote our commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
