Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Senior Quality Assurance AnalystChurch & Dwight is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Quality Assurance team at our Colonial Heights, Virginia manufacturing facility, where we produce Trojan® Condoms and scent booster in-wash additives.Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS). The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst assists with document control, change control, investigations, audits, laboratory support, environmental monitoring, supplier quality activities, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.This position also supports laboratory operations through training, quality control activities, inventory management, and statistical analysis of quality metrics while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and operational excellence.
