Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

CareTeam Solutions is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join a growing outpatient team in Jacksonville, NC on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work in a fast-paced yet supportive clinical environment, providing high-quality care across a broad scope of primary and urgent care services. This clinic offers primary care, urgent care, occupational health, women’s health, men’s health, preventive wellness, and more.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Rotation of five (5) days on, then two (2) days off. One week will be 8:00am-5:00pm then the next week would be 10:00am-7:00pm. Saturday hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, (closed on Sunday).
• Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Qualifications

• NC licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Consideration for New Graduates.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Strong clinical communication skills and genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
