Sales Support Specialist I (Cox Fleet)

Company Cox Automotive – USA, Sales Operations Group: Sales Support Specialist I (Individual Contributor). Location: New Jersey office. Work: 5 days per week, day shift, no remote option. Compensation: $19.90–$29.81 per hour plus potential commission or incentive program. Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides administrative, process, and transactional support for the sales organization. Responsibilities Provide administrative, process, and transactional support for the sales organization. Process orders, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Key data into sales data management systems. Coordinate with sales representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements. Support outside sales representatives to ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. 1–2 years of corporate work experience, ideally in a sales support function. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to operate at speed and quality in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States without required visa sponsorship. Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you must clear a pre‑employment drug test.
