- Experience: At least 1+ years preferred
- Pay Rate: $37.86/hour, based on experience
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $2,500 (receipts required)
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 to $5,000 paid after first pay period; additional $2,000 after 1-3 years
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and retirement options (benefits discussed upon application)
- Provide outpatient, inpatient, and SNF physical therapy services
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety protocols
- Document patient progress accurately using Meditech
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide care in professional scrubs, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Participate in weekend rotations roughly every 4-5 weekends
- Current Kansas Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- ?1 year experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
