Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Wauconda, IL. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Documentation and charting experience in electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
