About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CITO will be the senior executive responsible for the global technology strategy, operations, engineering, digital innovation, and enterprise technology transformation. This role involves leading the development and execution of a multi-year technology vision that modernizes platforms, improves operational efficiency, and enables growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership, large-scale technology operations, and a proven record of delivering business outcomes through technology transformation. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the company's long-term technology roadmap, driving modernization initiatives, and establishing technology governance and standards. Candidates for the CITO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 20 years of progressive technology leadership experience. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, AI, data platforms, and digital technologies. Experience in managing large technology budgets, global teams, and a track record of successful technology modernization, including cloud migration and application transformation, is essential.
