Main Duties May assist Project Manager/Logistics Manager in solving claims Issue the transport RFQ/Purchase order Prepare and update the bid tab for the transporters Respond to emergencies as required prioritize work efficiently File up documentation concerning dispatches and associated activities Liaise with suppliers to confirm and enforce purchase order compliance Contact with client to inform/confirm the deliveries Work in team with the purchasers and project managers to perform actions to improve the suppliers’ performances in matter of delivery dates and services. As part of a team, both internally with other functions and externally with the customers, participate to derive a cost-effective means of (new) product designs Ensure the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills. Timely preparation of import documentation for all air, sea and road shipments requirement. Prepare and maintain delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments. Maintain of system data requirements and always ensure integrity. Maintain logistics of records. Track shipments across different channels. Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems. Develop weekly meeting, tracking reports, outline/schedule for All open orders.
