Desktop Support Specialist
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform software updates, patches, and IT floor support.
- Resolve service tickets and provide timely technical support.
- Deliver excellent customer service to healthcare staff and end users.
- Collaborate with Field Services, Nursing, and Server teams.
- Manage multiple tickets and service requests efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Adapt to new technologies and work independently while supporting the team.
