Remote 100%
Max Pay Rate is $50/hr on W2
OPT also fine but must be on W2
Skill Set Requirements:
- MUST HAVE ServiceNow development skills – if that is not represented on the resume they will be rejected
- Understanding of ServiceNow development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
- MUST HAVE Experience with the following: HTML, XML, or CSS
- MUST HAVE Experience with API Integrations
- MUST HAVE Experience with Configuration of ServiceNow & ITSM service catalog UI and SQL
- MUST HAVE ServiceNow Administration certification
Skills That Will Set You Apart:
- Business process knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and procurement
- Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation.
- Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced problem-solving ability.
- Expert ITIL process knowledge
