This hybrid role (50% field, 50% office) is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands solar, electrical, or mechanical trades, and can lead up to 10 installation crews—both subcontracted and internal teams.You'll be responsible for overseeing permitting, advanced estimating, scheduling, and execution of solar PV systems (roof- and ground-mounted), battery storage, and related technologies.
