FieldBridge Energy is seeking an Equipment Operator to work in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, supporting one of the world's leading oilfield services companies. Weekly pay + benefits. Pay and schedule: $24/hr, 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off. Great opportunity to do OT, at 84 hours a week, earn weekly paycheck of $2,544 gross.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service operations while supporting field crews and maintaining equipment readiness. This is a great opportunity for candidates with CDL driving experience, equipment operation experience, or oilfield/industrial experience looking for a rotational schedule in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and according to job requirements and competency level
• Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down operations
• Inspect and maintain equipment in safe working condition
• Report equipment problems, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Follow all PPE requirements and HSE safety policies
• Maintain required safety and operational training

Qualifications

• CDL required (Heavy Vehicle Driver experience preferred)
• Previous equipment operation or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor and remote Alaska conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
