Job Description The Property Claims Manager leads a team of adjusters to drive performance, collaboration, and a strong customer-focused culture. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, guiding complex claim decisions, and ensuring high-quality claim outcomes. This position includes a focus on property claims within the Farm & Agribusiness portfolio, supporting consistent results across a geographically distributed team. This leadership role will be overseeing a team of adjusters handling property claims. The ideal candidate will bring strong property claims leadership experience, including managing adjuster performance, guiding complex claim decisions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. This role supports claims involving farm properties, equipment, and related exposures, and works closely with adjusters, agents, and customers to deliver timely and effective claim resolution.
