Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Georgia and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with school-aged children, including K-12 populations
• Solid knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and evidence-based therapy techniques
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and making treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely records in alignment with school and district guidelines
