The ideal candidates will have experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care settings and be committed to providing exceptional resident care. Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions. Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions. Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. LPN Candidates Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License. Current BLS Certification. Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
