Florida Counseling Network is growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team!

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

• Licensed as a PMHNP in the State of Florida
• Passionate about mental health and psychiatric care
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered
• Comfortable performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Interested in becoming part of a growing mental-health organization
• Willing to travel when needed [if applicable]

What You'll Do

As a PMHNP with Florida Counseling Network, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions within your scope of practice
• Provide medication management
• Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options
• Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
• Help us continue improving the way mental-health services are delivered
