Pay: $30–$35 per hour, based on experience

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems who can confidently lead projects and consistently deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems
- Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces
- Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows
- Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience
- Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience towing and backing up a trailer
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
