The Operations team supports the global Google Food program and its values for Googlers and vendor partners. The NYC Regional Director of Operations oversees the NY region of the Americas Portfolio. Role Summary The NYC Regional Director of Operations is the key partner to the Google Food Team for strategy, program development, financial management, opening new business, and defining a culture of excellence in service and experience. The role oversees culinary, cafe, food spot, and catering operations in partnership with other line‑of‑business owners and supports procurement, HR, finance, MCE, culinary, business excellence, workplace and food safety functions. The director identifies, motivates, trains, develops, and directs managers to achieve exceptional results.
