Our software products focus on key areas such as Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED), Communications, and Mission Planning Applications, while our hardware products include customizable and transportable mobile ground shelters and mission equipment designed to thrive in diverse environments and climates.In this important role you will:Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met.Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites.Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.Participate actively in an agile development environmentDevelop and document system architectures and interfaces based on stakeholder requirements and system specificationsAssist in creating plans for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needsThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and skilled professional with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Basic Qualifications:Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibilityMust be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) access.Experience with testing and problem solving for integrated systemsExperience in Systems Engineering life cycle processExperience with software test automation utilizing tools like Eggplant or TWINDesired Skills:Experience with Agile methodologiesProven ability to develop solutions to complex technical problemsExperience with software testing and use of test automation tools (i.e. Eggplant, TWIN)Experience in creating use cases and test scenariosPay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
