As an OTA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from rehabilitation to daily living activities, to help them achieve optimal function and independence. Responsibilities Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, therapies, and interventions Assist patients in developing, improving, or maintaining the skills needed for daily living and work activities Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a SNF setting Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in in-service training and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments Requirements Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field 0+ years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team-driven approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered focus Work Environment Per Diem schedule with flexible hours to accommodate patient needs Collaborative and supportive team environment, with ongoing training and education #J-18808-Ljbffr Aventura at The Bay!
