Commercial Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including planning, execution, and project closeout. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project performance. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams. Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and cost tracking. Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality standards, and schedule objectives are achieved. Construction Project Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years of project management experience within commercial construction. Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office; estimating experience is a plus.
