Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven appliance sales associate to join our team. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers in selecting the perfect appliances for their needs. You'll work with a diverse range of products and brands, ensuring that each customer receives expert advice and exceptional service. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting appliances based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and warranties. Answer phones and respond to website inquiries. Demonstrate the features and functions of appliances on the sales floor. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure return business. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions and industry trends. Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to understand technical product specifications. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. A passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers make informed decisions.
