Vice President of Manufacturing - SIGNAGE (San Antonio)

MetroSeek has been engaged in a search for a key client seeking a Vice President of Production with extensive experience in Sign Manufacturing. This individual will oversee all manufacturing operations and lead Production, Production Design, Purchasing, Estimating, and CAD Engineering while driving efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing and production operations
• Oversee Production, Production Design, Purchasing, Estimating, and CAD Engineering
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth
• Manage production budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenses
• Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
• Develop cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams
• Monitor plant performance and financial results
• Ensure efficient manufacturing processes and effective supply chain operations
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sign manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of sign fabrication, outsourcing, safety, and quality control
• Proven experience leading manufacturing and production operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Attention to Detail: the magic number is 814
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
