Schedule and pay rate:
2nd shift: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
Pay: $20.00/hour
- Will initially train on the first shift before transitioning to second-shift hours.
- Overtime as needed.
What you'll do:
As a machine operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
- Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all safety procedures.
What you'll need:
- 1-2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production standards.
- Ability to learn and cross-train on a variety of machines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Steel-toe shoes required
