Clinical Liaison: Drive Patient Transitions Home Infusion

KabaFusion is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Los Angeles, CA to grow the business by generating referrals and driving patient transitions from the acute setting to home infusion. This role collaborates with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to identify patients and build care plans. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and has at least 2 years in infusion healthcare; sales experience is a plus.
