New Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload saw blades on the paint line
• Hang saw blades before painting
• Remove finished saw blades after painting
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow instructions and prioritize safety
