Assembler I - 1st Shift

Shift & Location Shift: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00AM–3:30PM Work Location: 6635 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Scope Perform assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with TTM and applicable industry standards. The main focus of this position is mechanical operations. Duties Perform maintenance tasks to maintain equipment in good condition. Operate test equipment for pass/fail product tests. Communicate daily with team members and supervisors via shift meetings, email, log book, and other written and verbal methods. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment. Interpret and follow verbal and written work orders. Use measuring tools as required. Offer suggestions to improve/enhance processes. Report problematic or unsafe conditions to supervisor or leader. Provide high quality and timely service to all internal customers. Take personal ownership of internal and external customer issues. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly operations on components and subassemblies using fixtures, screwdrivers, etc. Proficient use and familiarity with hand tools. Basic mechanical skills. Read and follow assembly instructions, including visual aids and drawings. Work independently and as part of a team. Strong skills navigating computer screen, folder paths, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with GD&T is a plus. May require limited soldering skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1+ years of manufacturing assembly experience. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $35,127 – $55,524. Additional compensation may include annual/quarterly company bonus and shift premium based on shift and location. Export Compliance Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
