1st Clinic location-Grangeville

2nd Clinic location-Kooskia (25 miles from Grangeville)

PT traveler for combined 80% out-patient and 20% in-patient coverage, 40 hr/wks with rotating weekends (less than 1x/mos), M-F 8 hr or 10 hr days with 1 hr unpaid lunch.

Patient load is mostly general degenerative conditions, post-surgical, worker's comp, and trauma of all ages that you would expect in a general rural clinic, and some wound care if they are certified.
