Registered Nurse - NICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend and holiday availability is required.

The Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU is responsible for delivering high-quality care to neonates, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The facility accommodates a patient ratio of 1:2 in the NICU and 1:3/4 in the Special Care Nursery (SCN).

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates.

Utilize advanced techniques and technologies such as jet vents, oscillators, and ECMO.

Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate and support families in care procedures and decisions.

Minimum of 2+ years of current Level III NICU experience is required.

Active NJ or Compact RN license at the time of submission.

Certifications: BLS and NRP required; PALS preferred.
