Day to Day: Support customer relationships by assisting with inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Work alongside the sales team to support account management, customer outreach, and business development initiatives. Assist with daily business operations, including coordinating projects, maintaining records, and supporting internal processes. Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders, requests, and projects move forward smoothly. Learn the company's products, services, and business processes to better understand how different departments work together. Help track customer activity, maintain account information, and prepare reports to support business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and support overall business growth. Take on new responsibilities while developing professional skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required for recent graduates. Business, communications, marketing, management, or related fields are welcome. Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or other customer-facing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building professional relationships. Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A proactive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team.
