The Utility Kitchen Worker is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of cleanliness and sanitation including washing dishes and pots, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage and cardboard. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
• Working knowledge of commercial dishwasher; power washer; eye wash station; garbage compactor; garbage disposal and commercial cooking equipment
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
