Community Habilitation Specialist Part Time bronx, NY, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1002 Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.03 Hourly Description: Assist individuals with acquiring, maintaining and enhancing skills to include independent living and activities of daily living Provide supervision to individuals in accordance with the individual’s Staff Action Plan Complete all required documentation timely and in accordance with the Staff Action Plan Provide assistance with travel training if needed Attend meetings and complete assigned training Encourage participation in exploring the community and its resources Report all incidents in a timely fashion Comply with Agency’s policies and procedures as well as OPWDD regulations Qualifications: Must possess a High School Diploma/ GED At least one year of experience working with intellectually/ developmentally disabled populations #J-18808-Ljbffr REWARDING ENVIRONMENTS FOR ADULT LIVING INC
