Shop Employee

Description: Precast Terrazzo Enterprises is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in premier custom precast terrazzo. Because we craft each design individually, the Shop Employee role is critical to our success. We are looking for full-time shop employees who like being part of a team, take pride in their work quality, and enjoy the challenge of learning something new. We are looking to add a Full-Time, permanent shop employee for a Monday through Friday day shift 6 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available for those who are interested. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade within the Terrazzo and flooring industry. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: * Being able to follow instructions for the various designs * Building and creating molds * Mixing the custom blends and pouring into the molds * Sanding, cutting, and polishing the precast products * Confirming quality control and design specifications * Shipping and receiving materials and raw materials * Filling customer orders What You Need to Get the Job Done: * Team-oriented player attitude * History of reliability * Committed to high safety standards * Ability to measure and understand basic calculations * Ability to lift heavy items * Ability to tell the difference between various colors * Warehouse experience preferred * Forklift experience is a plus but is not required What You'll Love About Us: Great Company Culture: Ownership culture means being invested in each other's success.
