FINRA Licensed Workplace Planning Consultant

As a full-time remote FINRA Licensed Workplace Planning Consultant, the successful candidate will provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their retirement savings options, including 401K and IRA products, while fostering strong relationships to support their financial goals. Key responsibilities Provide guidance to customers at key life moments regarding employer-sponsored retirement accounts Discuss available account options to align with customers' retirement savings goals Educate customers on their retirement plans and compare options to best support their savings objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within corporate timelines Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently
