Would look at PTs with acute care and outpatient clinic experience. Would look at new grads with the right attitude as well.

Having a tough time recruiting due to location in St. Joseph, MO
Salary: $90k-$100k
Mileage reimbursement offered

Full-time, 40 hours per week with a weekend call rotation. Productivity depends on the visit type. Expectations: 2 SOCs per day, 1 SOC and 3 evaluations per day, or 5 evaluations per day.

$10k sign-on bonus currently being offered. Maybe use that as a last resort to sweeten the pot for a candidate and don't mention it off the bat.
