As the Assistant Child Care Director, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our child care center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Child Care Director in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center.
- Supporting staff in delivering high-quality child care and educational programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Building strong relationships with families and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Helping to manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff alike.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in child care or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Knowledge of child care regulations and best practices is a plus.
