Production Associate / Sheet Metal Operator
$18.00 per hour Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This position offers steady weekday hours and the opportunity to work in a team-oriented shop environment. Job Duties
- Sort and stack sheet metal materials
- Perform spot welding operations
- Operate punch press equipment
- Fold and press materials using a punch press
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Work effectively with a small team to meet production goals
- Previous manufacturing or shop experience required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Consistent Monday through Friday schedule
- Competitive starting pay of $18.00 per hour
