Job type: Full Time/Permanent.

Shift: Monday to Friday, (8 am - 5 pm)

Salary range: $135k - $147k

Experience:

• Active and good-standing RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner
• Certification in the State of California.
• Active and good-standing NPI number.
• Post-graduate training in the area of responsibility.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
