Overview As a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. Key Responsibilities Continuous and on‑time delivery of application releases supporting mission‑critical services Support and improve tools for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) Demonstrate measurable improvements in delivery pipelines Navigate cloud solutions, on‑premise solutions, and hybrid solutions Configure infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling Build automated release pipelines that package, test, and deploy code Build out and maintain suitable tracking dashboards and metrics Collaborate with architects, engineering, product, and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Qualifications Must Haves 4+ years of experience driving mature CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, and release engineering Working with Azure DevOps Pipelines Windows Server or Linux administration Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) 2+ Year Experience Azure/AWS (Azure preferred) Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized services Interfacing with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Azure PostgreSQL preferred) Strong understanding of Azure Identity or AWS/GCP equivalent Integrating and interfacing with logging and telemetry platforms Strong working experience in an Agile environment Comfortable giving feedback to team members and handling personal situations Excellent at multi‑tasking and able to handle competing priorities Familiar with git SCM and branching methodologies (GitFlow, Trunk Based, etc.) Nice to Haves Msbuild and dotnet core CLI .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Standard Unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or nUnit or any other .NET testing framework Node.js and React / Vue / Angular / Svelte Testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Jasmine, Karma, etc. Static code analysis tooling (Sonarqube preferred) NuGet and NPM Azure Artifacts Benefits Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, retirement savings plans, generous paid time off, and work‑life balance support Career growth and development: career paths and professional development opportunities Pay range: $105,000 to $145,741 for Colorado residents (subject to education, experience, certifications) Eligible for company bonus Equal Opportunity Litera is an equal opportunity employer.
