Mold Machine Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to hire Machine Operators. These are full-time, direct hire opportunities on 1st shift. We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Position: Machine Operator Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Duties: Review work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing documentation Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment in assigned work areas Load raw materials and replace product as needed to maintain continuous production Perform product splicing and material changes during production runs Inspect finished products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met Complete routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and equipment reassembly Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate repairs when necessary Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely Change propane cylinders and perform basic equipment checks Record production activity and maintain accurate documentation Work closely with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support additional manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Wire and cable industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers preferred Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information accurately Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Forklift experience is a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moving equipment Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Why Work Here?
